ERCC DEVOTIONAL (TEKAN) DAILY SPIRITUAL DIET; MONDAY 12TH FEBRUARY, 2024.

TEXT: ROMANS 11: 25 - 36.

 

SPIRITUAL FOCUS: THE JEWS WILL BE SAVED.

From the beginning, when God chose the Jews to be His people, He promised to save them. If we observe their history, we will see many times their disobedience caused God to allow their enemies to prevail over them. 

But after they realised their errors they repented and turned to Him; and he heard their cries and saved them from the hands of their enemies. To fulfill His promise for the salvation of His people, God prepared to save the Jews through His Son Jesus, but they REFUSED to obey Him. 

This is why the gospel was delivered to disobeient nations and the accepted it. Today, Paul is trying to show us that at the end of the age both the Jews and the Gentiles will obey God because He is gracious and keeps His promises because His kindness is to all the people of the world. 

This is the reason why the Jews will be saved from God's wrath. Prophet Isaiah prophesied the salvation of the Jews at the end of the age because God's grace is infinite, and the Lord God has not given up on them, for the Jews are His chosen ones. 

Brothers, we must resolve to follow God every day, in every situation we find ourselves.
