Highly rated gospel minister, Neon Adejo and Superstar act, Spyro both wins top categories at the 16th Headies Awards, held in Atlanta, Georgia, on Sunday, September 3, 2023.
Neon Adejo bagged the award for the “Best Inspirational Single” category thanks to his hit single “Eze Ebube”, edging heavy weights like Nathaniel Bassey, Victoria Orenze, Limoblaze, The category also feature Victor Thompson & Ehis ‘d’ Great for the song “This Year” and Davido for the song “Stand Strong.”
The list features an array of both local and international artists that have been recognised for their contribution to the gospel music scene in the past year.
Trending Nigeria based singer who is responsible for hit songs like “Billing”, “Who Is Your Guy” and more, Spyro also bags a plaque for the “Best Collaboration” with his viral hit single, “Who Is Your Guy” featuring Tiwa Savage.
The acclaimed Jesus boy then went to his knees and started singing worship songs when he got up on stage to accept his plaque.
