TEXT: JUDE 1 -7

SPIRITUAL FOCUS: A WARNING TO THE SAINTS.

Jude, the brother of James, the faithful slave of Christ Jesus (vs. 1) wrote to the "loved ones, beloved, of God the Father, devoted to Jesus Christ, (vs.1). Paul observed that false teachers come out and confuse people, so he advised them not to fall into this trap from the deceivers. It is a good and important decision for us followers of Christ in this day and age that the world is full of confusion. Today there are some who consider themselves experts in false teachings, they are bad people. For example, they teach that there is no need to be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, but only in the name of Jesus (Acts 3:38). They have forgotten what Jesus command (Matthew 28:19). As a result of today's heresy. various Churches are growing cold, causing anxiety and even family breakdown. This should not surprise us because the Lord Jesus said that in the last days such things would come out. So, let's not be troubled, rather, we should be careful and not accept such kind of teaching that arise. No matter what, we should ask the Lord to separate us from them because, their teaching is like a wind (Acts 5:38). Note that such teachers are not interested in anything but wealth and entertainment, pleasure and the desire to show power and seek the praise of others. So, they always use religion to further their own interests. Let us pray that the Lord will save us from these deceivers.
